These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 

This website uses cookies. By using this website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Furniture2GoDirect.com's privacy policy / cookies policy.

To ensure the lowest price possible for our customers our deliveries consist a one man delivery service to front door only. We deliver your item between 8AM - 6PM (Monday-Saturday) We would on the day of your delivery call and give a 2 hour time slot of your delivery time to reduce your waiting time. This is a door step delivery and our delivery man cannot take your item inside or up the stairs. If you live in a block of flats or apartments, our delivery man can only deliver the item to the ground floor. If your delivery includes item needing to be carried up the stairs in a block of flats or apartments then you need to make separate special arrangements directly with us. You also need to notify us of any special parking conditions or restrictions outside your property.

We offer a warranty on all products against manufacturing defects where used in accordance with the instructions. This is subject to the following exclusions:

  • Moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers)
  • Seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear
  • Where incorrect assembly occurs or use of non–recommended parts, or third party accessories not compatible with original design are used
  • Where the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non–authorised personnel.

Where your product is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion provide a spare part, repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us with a full description and photographs of the fault, using our damaged items form. We may arrange an engineer to inspect the item and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action required. 

Where your product is no longer under warranty we will endeavour to repair or replace parts subject to availability. There may be charges outside of the warranty period these will be advised before proceeding.

Sometimes situations can arise which are beyond our control. Therefore we recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture or mattresses until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage and you are 100% satisfied.

If there is something wrong or missing?

Check your furniture as soon as it arrives, in the unlikely event that there’s something wrong or missing, you can contact us to resolve any issues within 24 hours. If there are any parts missing or damaged we can arrange for the items to be posted out to you, if this does not resolve the issue we can have the item exchanged. If there is something wrong please send us an message or contact us explaining the problem and also provide pictures of any damage as this will help us in identifying the part at fault and also help us in explaining the problem to the manufacturer/distributor. Within 24 hours of receiving  your delivery.


Retain the original packaging, We will deduct the collection charge of £40 from your refund to cover our costs for collection. Alternatively you can arrange to return the item yourself at your own costs

All we ask is that items are returned in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging.

For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange mattresses or mattress toppers.

We can only accept returns if the product is unopened, has a manufactures defect or is damaged on delivery it is your responsibility to check the product on delivery and be satisfied and then sign delivery confirmation.

We cannot accept returns if the product does not fit or go up the stairs (it is your responsibility to check the size and space needed to fit the product).

Please also note under no circumstances will the original delivery charge be refunded. This cost is in addition to the price of the product and will be treated as a separate transaction for the purposes of refunds/returns.
