Our Delivery department will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. Please help to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible by advising of any difficult access points or parking / delivery restrictions.
We require a contact telephone number to arrange delivery. Without a contact telephone number we are unable to arrange delivery.
Our delivery time scales will only come into effect once we have received all required information and processed all payments.
We deliver Monday to Saturday (9am-6pm), Excluding national Holidays.
Sometimes situations can arise which are beyond our control. Therefore we recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture or mattresses until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage and you are 100% satisfied.
On receipt of your item a delivery note must be signed for proof of receivement of item in good satisfactory condition.
If in the unlikely event that an item will take longer than the specified time, we’ll contact you as soon as we know.
Some items are delivered to your doorstep and require self assembly. Deliveries made by our delivery drivers will be delivered by one man and delivered to the front door of the designated delivery address. This means that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby (ground floor) of the building only, unless special arrangements have been made prior to delivery with ourselves.
The items are delivered using our own driver, the driver will call you 1 hour before he arrives.
Therefore somebody will need to be in during the arranged Delivery Time Slot of minimum 2 hours.
Please understand that our delivery drivers are not insured to enter private premises.
Please note that we always require a signature upon delivery.
Missed or Cancelled Deliveries
Please note that if an arrangement has been made with you either verbally or by email to deliver your goods on a specific day, we reserve the right to impose a redelivery charge if the driver is unable to make the delivery as agreed due to customer or access being unavailable. Cancellations for deliveries can only be made at least 24 hours before the items have been despatched for delivery.
Any missed deliveries will incur surcharge of £20.
